Membership renewals for 2021 will begin on Wednesday November 4th, 2020. The deadline for renewals is January 31st, 2021, and any membership not renewed by then will be considered abandoned.

The membership renewal fee is $344.00 (including HST).

Payments methods available for the renewal process are:

    • Interac e-Transfer. Our contact information for e-Transfers is octc.members@gmail.com. As part of the transaction message be sure to include:
      • your name as it appears on your membership badge
      • your badge number
      • a phone number where you can be contacted in case of problems with the transaction
    • In person at the clubhouse with cash, Debit, Visa, and MasterCard
    • By phone. Call the club during business hours with your credit card details and we will process your payment. The phone number is 905-985-7763
    • We are currently working on setting up a process whereby we can accept credit card transactions online through our website. When this process is complete we will send an e-mail to the membership.

Note: Members who will not be renewing their membership for the coming year are asked to please notify the club via email so that we can offer these memberships to new members.
